Office Manager - Telecoms

An Office Manager with experience working in the IT Telecoms sector is required by our client based in Bristol. A salary up to £30,000 basic is available.

As Office Manager you will take responsibility for the growth and development of the new office in Central Bristol. You will manage the finance and general administration as well as sales support and team management and order processing and supplier management.

Our client is a London based IT and Telecoms providers seeking to expand to Bristol and they are keen to find an Office Manager to manage operations across the site. You will be responsible for recruitment and team culture as well as growth and structure of the Bristol office.

This is a great opportunity for an Office Manager to really take responsibility for the direction and development of both company and individual goals as our client expands their business to the South West.

Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential for this role as well as experience in the IT and Telecoms sector. Knowledge of Cloud / VOIP technology / voice and data solutions / AV / IT vendors and provisioning are useful.

Required skills:

- Office Management or Operations Management experience

- Staff Management and Recruitment experience

- Finance experience including invoicing, expenses and budgetary management

- Sales support and administration including contract management

- IT and Telecoms sector knowledge / background


Basic salary from £25,000 to £30,000 basic is available.
